The clinical and business staff have accumulated over 50 years of dental experience. Dr. Leaf encourages both clinical and business education to advance their careers and has supported many of our staff in completing both dental hygiene and dental school. Dr. Leaf and his staff maintain current CPR certification, and attend continuing education seminars throughout the year. All doctors are members of local, state, and national professional organizations.

Prior to joining the practice seven years ago, I worked for a number of years in the hospitality business and as a nurse in Sweden. I love working with the children and the staff here is very fun to work with. I love swimming, tennis, music and animals, especially dogs. My favorites are my dog, Lucy and Dr. Leaf's doggy, Ryder.

I have been working in the dental field for over twenty years. I am x-ray certified as well as a certified nursing assistant. I attended Northern Virginia Community College. I love flowers and have a passion for gardening. I also enjoy interior decorating and ceramics.

I have graduated from the Potomac Academy dental assistant program. For six years I have worked in orthodontics, general and cosmetic dentistry. I love working with kids and seeing a beautiful smile. In my spare time I like to read and exercise.

Prior to my work here I graduated from East Carolina University and taught English for four years to 7th graders. I love working with children and also the staff here. Everyone here is so friendly and we have fun! I love to hang out with my family and friends. I also love spending time with my dogs, Glenn and Libby. I like to play sports, read and travel.

Amanda P. - Dental Assistant

I am originally from Peru where my dad is a dentist, specializing in orthodontics and I attended dental school for 3 years. I decided to come to the United States to be with my mother. I have been working for Dr. Leaf for 4 years and really enjoy the children because they are so adorable. I am currently attending George Mason University as a biology major. My husband and I are expecting a baby boy due at the end of September.

Ryder Leaf

Prior to being adopted by Dr. Leaf I lived in the Amish country. I love being the office mascot and welcoming the patients and staff to our office. I am very friendly and hypoallergenic so if you would like to say hello then just ask to see me. In my spare time I love long walks and hanging out with family and friends.
